  • Not going to the toilet 2-3 times a day

The problem is usually not the problem! What is your body trying to tell you? There is always a message behind the issue, so the big question is: are you ready to find out? We gotta see it to feel it - Then feel it to heal it! This is probably the biggest part of our health; to be able to tune in and understand the different parts of ourselves and what we are feeling.

Try to navigate your inner landscape and body - to add pieces to your puzzle. When the body is telling something or worse, screaming at you, this will probably be the single most important window of opportunity and it does not need to be hard! Because I love easy - and healing is not simple but it can be easy and it can also be fun!

So whether or not you experience a hormonal imbalance or some kind of pain in your female body or psyche, syncing up to our cyclical nature as a woman is essential for living life at its best.
