How I went from PMDS to EASE

I went from feeling like a total wreck with brain fog, hormonal migraines, anger bursts and severe social phobia for almost two weeks every month to ease, a nourished body and grounded mind with clarity.

Is this something that you are experiencing? Pms, weight gain, cravings and brain fog are quite often connected. It’s often a result of hormonal imbalances, but there are alternative ways to heal yourself. There is no size that fits all, the key is to find the perfect recipe that suits your body. Because I know what the pms monster feels like. I wanted to break up with my boyfriend every month and hated people. That is not a healthy way to live! You don’t have to experience an existential crisis every month.

The solution for me was to focus on nourishing my body. I started to eat more animal-based food because it’s more bioavailable. I also started to eat more food the weeks after ovulation. Did you know that your body needs more calories and cholesterol after ovulation and up to the middle of your menstruation?

Another important step is to find herbs that suit your constellation and body. This is very personal and it varies from person to person, and what the root cause is. The next step is to consider which stress factors that affect you, which weak spots you have, which traumas you have experienced and what history you have. To find simple and efficient ways is my recipe to a holistic healing. We all want to feel good in our bodies, every woman deserves that!
